"I am the only one who is not married in my family" - Former Isidingo actress Keketso Semoko

Former Isidingo actress and now Skeem Saam producer Keketso Semoko who is in her fifties says that marriage was something that didn’t happen to her because it wasn’t for her.

Keketso says she didn’t get married, not because she didn’t want but the ‘blessing’ of marriage wasn’t for her. “Marriage wasn’t my blessing. I am the only one who is not married in my family.” Keketso said while speaking to Anele Mdoda on Real Talk with Anele.

Keketso said as much as she is not married at home with her siblings and family she is the one who always has had the task of keeping her family together and keeping things going, even if she is the youngest.

Keketso says even though she is not married she doesn’t feel any kind of lack of love. “I feel the warmth and love from people around me and my fans. I am a warm person and I always feel loved at any given point or time. Marriage was never something I felt the need to have in order to complete myself. I knew I was enough just the way I am,” she added.
