It seems like Cassper Nyovest may have finally found his missing chain. This after the rapper revealed that he is set to meet with a person who claims to have it.
Speaking in a Facebook Live chat on Wednesday morning, Cassper told fans that he had been contacted about the missing chain.
"I didn't get my chain back but somebody said he has it. So, we have to go and do the exchange. Hopefully he really does have it" Cassper told fans in the chat.
He said that he isn't sure if the person is telling the truth and so he might take the police with to the exchange to make sure he is safe.
Cassper had earlier promised a R50K reward to anyone who could bring back his flashy key to the city chain. The rapper had lost it after it was apparently snatched off his neck while crowd surfing at the Youth Hip-Hop Festival, in Durban over the weekend.
Talking about the incident in the Facebook Live chat this week, Cassper said that he doesn't understand why anyone would steal the chain.
"The one thing I would never do is steal from someone. I don't understand why people steal. Just walk away with something that isn't yours? How do you do that? I don't understand it," he said.
