Media personality Pearl Thusi came was named ‘Coolest Local Female Screen Star 2016′ at the recent Sunday Times Generation Next Awards. The star came first ahead of the likes of SA’s ‘Queen of everything’ media personality Bonang Matheba who was number 10 in that category.
“This is what gives us strength to carry on. I’ve been so hectic lately and feeling depleted. This was an instant recharge. We love the kids. Thank you for crowning me the Queen of cool,” Pearl said on her instagram about the award.
