Zola’s big secret revealed after hiding it for seven years

Controversial kwaito artist and TV presenter Bonginkosi “Zola 7” Dlamini has been hiding a big secret for the past seven years.

Sources learned this week that the artist has allegedly been married to a Soweto woman for almost 10 years but has never lived with her in the same house. Zola (38) has been traditionally married to Siibongile Nkabinde from Klipspruit in Soweto, and they have two daughters aged seven and two. Together, they are expecting a third child.

The tidbits were revealed by one of Nkabinde’s close friends after it emerged that there was a new woman in Zola’s life.  The source added that Nkabinde (32) has been living with Zola’s mother since 2009 after their traditional wedding.

When contacted, Zola said : “Do you know the difference between an artist in public and in private?”. He then hung up and could not be reached for comment. He also did not respond to text messages. Nkabinde said : “To be honest with you, I don’t want to talk to you about my husband. I don’t want to discuss him with the papers. He has tried so much to keep this out of the papers.” Nkabinde confirmed that she stays with Zola’s mother but refused to comment about their marriage arrangement and her pregnancy.

Her friend said the two have been together since 2001. Even Zola’s baby mama’s know her. She has a beautiful relationship with his kids. She’s like a mother to them and doesn’t have a problem staying with her mother in law in Dobsonville in the house that Zola bought for his mother.

Zola  has two other children with his ex-girlfriend Garnett Maseko frm whom he had a bitter split. He also has a child with another baby mama  known only as Nozipho.
