After all the trials Somizi and his fiancé Mohale have faced, their love was strong enough to beat it all and they are finally celebrating their first anniversary.
This weekend the couple celebrated their anniversary with close friends.
After a whirlwind romance Somizi and Mohale got engaged earlier this year in March. The Idols SA judge proposed to his fiancé during a trip to Paris right in front of the romantic Eiffel Tower.
Following their engagement, the couple became even more insta-official and constantly shared pictures of their love on social media.
Shortly after that, cheating allegations against Mohale sparked on social media when he was allegedly seen snuggling up to another man.
These rumours were later rubbished by the couple after they shared PDA-filled pictures together.
After the rough patch the couple faced, they managed to pull through and Mohale finally introduced his soon-to-be husband to his family.
And now after a crazy year, Mohale and Somizi took to Instagram to wish each other a happy anniversary.
