Nkateko ‘Takkies’ Maswanganye is a well-known and respected South African choreographer and dancer who has been honing her craft from a young age, beginning formal study aged 9. In interview with Previdar Magazine, she revealed that her traditional wedding ceremony is just around the corner.
Speaking to the publication as one of the media industry’s hottest female pioneers right now, Takkies said “it’s such a blessing that I have a lot of work at the moment but at the same time I’m super excited about the traditional wedding happening very soon. It’s definitely happening sooner than later, I’ll have to balance the work to make my special day amazing.”
She was then asked about the viral video that has been doing the rounds which shows Hit the Floor actress and dancer, Melissa Molinaro, performing an entire dance routine for her husband at their wedding reception.
