The much-awaited traditional wedding of TV actress, singer and dancer Keabetswe "KB" Motsilanyane has been cancelled after her Ben10 danced her out of their romantic studio in Centurion, Tshwane, about four weeks ago.

According to Sunday World , tycoon Nico Matlala dumped KB, 37, and their wedding, in which the construction businessman was to pay R90000 toward lobola.

We can also reveal the two are embroiled in a bitter dispute over the ownership of a R1-million BMW Matlala, 31, bought for the house proponent during their hunky-dory days.

It's also understood that soon after KB removed her items from his house, Matlala traded in his Audi S3 and Mercedes-Benz CLA 45AMG for a Range Rover Evoque and Mercedes-Benz GLA 45 because he wanted nothing that would remind him of her.

We can also reveal the O a Lla hitmaker seized her furniture from Matlala's Midstream Estate mansion last Saturday.

This was after their dispute reached boiling point.

The publication's team witnessed as the Rock Lefatshe sensation arrived at the upmarket estate accompanied by her father to remove furniture from the Matlala's house.

KB, clad in a black pair of jeans and an orange T-shirt, bundled her belongings, including travelling bags, mattresses, coffee table and couches, into a truck and a bakkie.

Matlala, who sporadically helped the songstress with the removal of the goods, confirmed KB had moved out of their love nest, but declined to comment on their separation.

"I spoke with friends for advice on the matter, and it's unfortunate that they came and told you my personal stuff," he shrugged. "Go back to them for comment. I have nothing to say to you."

KB ignored our phone calls and messages.

News of their shocking break-up was revealed by Matlala's friends, whom he had approached for advice when their paradise started to crumble.

The friend, who did not want to be named because he did not want to jeopardise his friendship, said the wedding plans were at an advanced stage.

"Nico and his relatives met with KB's parents in Moruleng village in North West and indicated to them that he wanted to pay lobola for KB by the end of September," the friend said.

"They charged him R90000 and told him he should bring a delegation of two people if he wanted to pay lobola at their house. He was told they preferred the lobola ceremony be held at a local community hall."

The friend said Matlala had also squabbled with the musician over his daughter from a previous relationship.

"Nico said KB always complained that his daughter visited them without an appointment," the friend said.

"Nico said she always told him to tell his baby mama to make an appointment for the child before bringing her over. This didn't sit well with him. He asked why his own daughter should visit them by appointment, whereas they lived with the singer's child. This was one of the causes for their break-up."

Another friend said Matlala had also complained that KB always left him behind when attending church services in Soshanguve, Tshwane.

"His main worry was that she always communicated with her pastor on WhatsApp," the mole said.

"Whenever he confronted her, she would tell him she was asking him to bless their traditional wedding. H e then started suspecting she was cheating on him."

The friend said Matlala dumped the singer when she asked him why he was building a house for his sister in Polokwane instead of buying her a car.

"He bought her a BMW 435i under pressure because he didn't want to fight with her over this," the friend said.

"But after talking to friends about the issue, he was advised that KB was the wrong woman for him. He then told her that it was over between them."

The friend said Matlala told KB to bring back the roadster when she came to fetch her stuff on Saturday.

"The car is currently a bone of contention between them."
